Frozen fruits

MBF company deals with sales and distribution of frozen fruit and vegetables on the domestic market and export  to foreign markets (Eastern and Western Europe and Northern America).

 

We are holding valid IFS and BRC certificates.
We execute custom orders according to the customer specification
and produce goods under custom's brand.

All of these fruits can be used as fillers for yoghurt, milk products and sugar confectionery also for  freeze-drying process and degassing fruits process

 

The following points concern each MBF frozen product:

GMO: Products are not subject to genetic modification
Allergens: Products are not listed as allergens

Conditions and storage: Storage in the temperature not higher than – 18oC.  
Labeling method: product name, name and address of the manufacturer, net weigh, production  batch number,
best-before date. Other labeling- upon supplier-customer agreement.
Packaging method:

  • Carton boxes with plastic bags- 10kg or 4x2,5kg
  • Paper bags with the inside polyethylene layer or paper bags fitted with plastic bags- 20-25kg
  • Returnable packaging
  • Other packaging type according to the customer order

Shelf life: 24 months

Apple cube is a common additive to many kinds of cakes and pastries such as apple buns, apple pie and  yoghurt. It is also used for candying, drying and freeze-drying.

  • Varieties: Idaret, Ligol, Jonagold, Cortland.
  • Frozen product appearance : loose product formed by freezing peeled, diced and cored apples, harvested at the optimum degree of fruit ripeness, free from pests and damage caused  by pests, no foreign mater, no signs of rotting. Subjected to detection of the absence of metal.  
  • Colour:  white to yellow depending on the variety.
  • Taste and smell: typical, free from any foreign smell or taste.

Apple segment can be used to cakes and layer cakes decoration, candying, drying and freeze-drying.

  • Variety: Idaret, Ligol, Jonagold, Cortland.

Pear cube is a common additive to yoghurt, many kids of cakes  and pastries. It is also used for candying, drying and freeze-drying.

  • Colour:  white to yellow depending on the variety.
  • Taste and smell: typical, free from any foreign smell or taste.

  • Frozen product appearance: Sound and clean fruits, with the same degree of ripeness, slightly deformed as a result of removing stones. Subjected to the detection of absence of metal.
  • Colour: red to dark red, depending on variety.
  • Taste and smell: typical, free from any foreign smell or taste.

Cherries with stones are used for stewed fruit, fruit purée, production of juice and liqueur.

  • Frozen product appearance: Sound and clean fruits, with the same degree of ripeness, slightly deformed as a result of removing stones. Subjected to the detection of absence of metal.
  • Colour: red to dark red, depending on variety.
  • Taste and smell: typical, free from any foreign smell or taste.

Appearance: Fruit healthy, clean, in varying degrees of maturity mechanically damaged and deformed as a result of seeding.
Allowed to bruises and conglomerates impermanent.
The occurrence of fruit icy, conglomerates unstable. Possible slight frost.
Subjected to detect the presence of metals.

Color: red to dark red, depending on the variety.

Taste and smell: typical, without foreign tastes and odors.

Consistency: Hard in a frozen state, weakened by leakage of juice unfrozen.

Appearance: Fruit healthy, clean, in varying degrees of maturity mechanically damaged and deformed as a result of seeding.
Allowed to bruises and conglomerates impermanent. A fruit icy, conglomerates unstable. Possible slight frost.
